This is a rare sliding shutter that slides between wall and box frame leaving the shutter out of view when open. These were dismantled including the running tracks, overhauled, then re-instated and left, as the original shutter would have been at the turn of the century
The shutter slides into the small gap between the angled window revel and the wall.

Purpose made Victorian doors, including coloured glass to match period of house.
FRONT DOORS
A white UPVC entrance door, and sliding porch was removed and replaced with a purpose made European Oak front entrance door including hand made leaded glass. This re-established the attractive front entrance to a 1930’s detached house.
