Can you provide all the drawings and deal with the local authorities? Yes! We have no idea what this will cost. We will provide a FREE no obligation estimate. How long will the planning take? This can vary with different authorities but generally takes around 3 months. How long does the building take? 6 weeks for a standard loft. Can we see a completed loft conversion? We rely on our good relationship with our clients and they are happy to show off their loft! What if it rains, wont the house get wet? We take every precaution whilst working to protect your home from the weather. Will we have to move out while you work? No. Will you be able to undertake extra work whilst working on our loft? We are happy to carry out extra work [as agreed with client]. What extra things will we need to budget for? Bathroom suite, possible Boiler up-grade and decorating are the most common extras. |
