Rules & Regulations 2008
As of the 1st of October 2008 certain rules and regulations will become enforced over the next year.
Some customers may need to apply for planning permission in order to remove a grassed area to lay down Block paving to their front garden area.
If you are extending or renewing an older area of Block paving then you may not need planning permission.
As far as we are aware stone chip driveways may not need planning permission as you are not adding or contributing to flood plane issues within your area.
As and when we become notified of all the legal requirements, we will of course update this web site and upon carrying out all free quotations, we will of course help you to complete any paperwork that may be required in order to successfully achieve your planning approval.
Another benefit is that this new system will eradicate other diligent companies from carrying out shabby workmanship, as we have all come across the traveling door to door driveway so called specialist, whom have no liability insurance are not members of any guilds of master craftsman and whom disappear often after carrying out a cheap and shabby driveway, leaving many of there customers financially out of pocket and needing to contact a reputable paving company to rectify there errors.
Therefore rest assured we will keep you updated offering any help and guidance that will clarify or rectify any issues or concerns that you may have enabling all stages of your alterations to be completed appropriately.
